We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
Must Have Skills
- Proficiency in Java and related technologies.
- Strong experience with Servlets, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
- Knowledge of Kafka for real-time data processing.
- Expertise in Hibernate for ORM (Object-Relational Mapping).
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Good to have Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and related patterns.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker
- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience with security frameworks and best practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
