Technical Delivery Manager

Job description

Experience: 8+ years

Own end-to-end delivery-scoping, sprint planning, quality gates, enterprise deployment
Make architecture decisions across modern AI/LLM stacks (RAG, vector search, agent pipelines) directly with engineering
Scale engineering teams without losing delivery quality
Convert early pilots into production-grade, market-validated products
Own client and stakeholder relationships, not just delivery tickets

What you need

8–12 years combining hands-on engineering with product/delivery leadership
Strong in Python or any backend technologies cloud-native architecture (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
Direct experience with LLM APIs, LangChain, vector databases, RAG pipelines
Proven record scaling teams and shipping enterprise-grade products
Strong client-facing communication skills
