Philip is the Founder and CEO of Techjays, headquartered in Silicon Valley. With a background spanning software engineering, venture building, and AI innovation, Philip has translated deep technical expertise into business impact since founding the company in 2020. While at Google he launched Conversational AI across Google Support, one of the company's first public-facing generative AI experiences, predating the launch of ChatGPT. The initiative became an early benchmark for applying large-scale AI to real-world customer support at global scale. A seasoned builder, program management and product engineering leader, Philip led the architecture and development of Vivint SmartHome's wireless mesh connectivity platform, delivering reliable connectivity to over two million US homes. He then joined the founding team of wireless internet start-up Aervivo, where he drove manufacturing programs, technical deployment, and IT systems strategy through its critical early growth phase. Philip holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.

As the CTO at Techjays, Clarence spearheads the development of cutting-edge software solutions. He has led engineering teams at Akamai, dealing with massive scale, handling events like Black Friday ecommerce and March Madness streaming. With over 16 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and design thinking, he specializes in AI and data-intensive technologies that empower businesses to scale and innovate. He holds a B.E. in Computer Science from Anna University in Chennai.

As the CCO at Techjays, Jennifer leads sales and go-to-market functions within the organization. She served as the President of Central States Building Works and in executive and senior leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where she launched the first ML/AI training offering in 2018, as well as Honeywell, Learfield in sports media and technology, and Planar and Leyard in electronics manufacturing. She is the author of Well Made Decisions (New Degree Press) and is a certified speaker with Vistage International. She holds an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Deena is a business and technology leader operating at the intersection of AI, enterprise transformation, and revenue growth. As Chief Business Officer he plays a pivotal role in scaling the organization's global partnerships, driving platform-led growth, and transforming operational excellence. He started his career as a commissioned officer in the Indian Navy handling weapons, sensors and IT operations, later moving to VP of Strategy and Transformation at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He holds a Masters from IIM-Ahmedabad and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.

Dharma leads the enterprise engineering team at Techjays. Through his 14 years' experience in software development, he has led initiatives for ADP India, Customer Analytics, athenahealth, and client work for financial services companies through Tata Consultancy Services. This diverse experience allows him to lead his team to solve a range of business problems with AI technology. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Honors program at Kalasalingam University and holds professional accreditations in multiple development platforms.

Aparna leads the services organization, ensuring consistent delivery across engineering teams and internal operations. For nearly 20 years, she has developed extensive expertise in engineering development and management with a keen eye for quality assurance. Her experience includes Zeru Technology Solutions, Baker Hughes, PayCommerce, Razorsight, and CTS India. She holds a master's degree in Physics from St. Teresa's College, Ernakulam.
