People first.Innovation always.Together, we reimagine what's possible.

That is the intent. These are the things we actually run for each other, week to week.

Buddy programs and peer connections

Nobody should spend their first week working out who to ask. New joiners are paired with someone who already knows the ropes, and those connections tend to outlast the onboarding.

AppreciJays, our employee appreciation program

Good work gets named out loud, by the people who actually saw it happen, instead of waiting for a review cycle to come around.

Fitness and wellness initiatives

Looking after yourself is treated as part of the job rather than something you catch up on later. We run initiatives that make it easier to keep moving and to properly switch off.

Learning sessions and knowledge sharing

Whoever learned the thing teaches it. Sessions are run by the team for the team, so what one person worked out the hard way doesn't stay with them.

Team outings

Time together away from the desk. The people you laugh with are the people you'll actually ask for help when a release goes sideways.

Innovation and AI culture

We build AI, so we use it. Trying something new is expected rather than tolerated, and whatever works gets shared instead of hoarded.

What we hold each other to

Five commitments that apply to everyone here, the people doing the interviewing included.

  1. We own the whole outcome

Not the ticket, the outcome. If it's ours, we see it through — and we put a hand up early when it's going sideways, because that's the cheapest moment to fix it.

  2. We say it early

Ideas, worries and half-formed hunches go on the table while they're still useful. It's how trust gets built, and how we avoid the surprises nobody enjoys.

  3. We stay curious

We ask before we assume. Nobody here has finished learning their craft, and the people furthest along are usually the ones asking the most questions.

  4. We help on purpose

We share what we know, cover for each other on a rough week, and talk each other up in rooms we're not in. Working well together is a choice, made daily.

  5. We pull, we don't wait

Good work rarely arrives pre-assigned. We reach for the interesting problem instead of waiting for permission, and initiative is the norm rather than the exception.

In their own words

The day to day here, from the people living it.

You'd expect this sort of thing to need pushing. It doesn't. People turn up to the learning sessions because they want to, and most of the appreciation flies between teammates without ever coming through me. I just keep it easy to do.
Meeting people on their first day is easily the best part of this job. A lot of them turn up nervous, and by the afternoon they're arguing with brand new teammates about where to get lunch. That bit never gets old.
I'm usually the first person a client speaks to, and the best part is that I never have to oversell. I can just show them what the team has actually shipped. That makes the conversation much easier than pitching a roadmap.
I joined as an intern and stayed. From the first week I was on a live project rather than shadowing someone, and that is the reason I wanted to stick around.
