9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
California Residents
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, California residents may request information about categories of personal data disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Under the CCPA, you have the right to request deletion of your data, know what data is collected, and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
Colorado, Connecticut, Utah & Virginia Residents

Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
